On Thursday, January 31 at 7 pm guests joined the ASW Cares for Kids Foundation for tan exclusive private dinner and wine pairing in David Bouley’s Test Kitchen in New York City. Proceeds from the event went to ASWCFK projects.
The evening began with a champagne reception and passed canapés in the lounge, followed by a seated dinner with a custom tasting menu and fine wines from around the world. Dinner included a personal appearance from Chef David Bouley and wines be personally selected and poured by sommelier and ASWCFK Board Member Matthew Weiss.
